Chapter 1. Purpose.
¡°Use Terms of Service¡±(collectively, ¡°TERMS¡± or ¡°AGREEMNET¡±) of
OHvancouver media has purpose to place a right, a duty and a responsibility fact of

non-member USER (collectively, ¡°USER¡± or ¡°YOU¡±).
Chapter 2. Validity and Revision of TERMS

agrees amended or revised TERMS.
Chapter 3. Standing Rules.

Chapter 4. Definition of Terminology

Chapter 6. Application
(9) Any USER who wants to use services provides by OHvancouver media, USER
must submit the prescribed member joining application form of member
register.
(10) USER must use their legal name that can be use services provide
by OHvancouver media. OHvancouver media dose not have liability of any services to USER
who does not use legal name.
(11) OHvancouver media may require USER¡¯s verify information.
(12) USER should not apply multiple applications.
(13) USER must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration
information.
Chapter 7. Consent and Refusal of Application
(1) OHvancouver media consents USER who is not disqualify for Chapter 6.
(2) OHvancouver media may refuse and hold USER¡¯s applications cases as below.
a. Applying with misrepresent legal name or impersonate any person.
b. Any information of application is misrepresented.
c. Age of applier is less than 14 years old and does not have guidance
or parent permission.
d. Applier purpose is violation of USER¡¯s duty.
e. Applier is against the TERMS and related law.
f. OHvancouver media judged USER is not appropriate to join services provide
by OHvancouver media.
Chapter 8. USER ID
(1) OHvancouver media grants USER a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable
USER ID to use services provide by OHvancouver media
(2) Once it is granted, USER ID could not be changed except cases
below
a. USER ID may violate privacy or leak personal informations.
b. USER ID gives other USER sense of aversion.
c. Any other reasonable cases approved by OHvancouver media
(3) Liability of USER ID and password is belong solely to USER.
OHvancouver media dose not have any liability disclosure of USER ID and password.
Chapter 9. Service time
(1) OHvancouver media will provide the service continuously but does not warrant
that the service will be uninterrupted or error free form any technical
matters or force majeure.
(2) OHvancouver media dose not compensation to any damage or liability cause
by above clause
Chapter 10. The OHvancouver media¡¯s duty
(1) Unless OHvancouver media has any special reason, OHvancouver media must provide
service whenever USER requires service.
(2) OHvancouver media shall provide services stably and continuously according
to these TERMS.
(3) OHvancouver media shall support and maintenance of service.
(4) OHvancouver media shall accept opinions from the USER and process immediately
with proper procedure when the opinions are approved by suitable
reason.
Chapter 11. The USER¡¯s duty
(1) USER must apply and modify the application with legal name.
USER has no assert right with misrepresent legal name.
(2) USER should follow the service instruction provided by OHvancouver media,
related law, and TERMS without thwart of OHvancouver media¡¯s service, the
defame of OHvancouver media.
(3) USER must report any amended information (address, phone number,
e-mail, etc) immediately.
(4) USER can not use other USER information to make unfair profits.
(5) USER can not use services to make a profit without OHvancouver media¡¯s
permission, OHvancouver media have no liability for non-permitted sales. OHvancouver media
could claim for suffered damages and could disqualification of USER.
(6) USER must understand that password is intended solely for USER
use and for no other person¡¯s use. USER can not transfer, give,
or offer security to other person or entity.
(7) USER can be responsible and indemnify OHvancouver media from any harm
or damages whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from YOUR
infringe of following list.
a. Apply misrepresent personal information during joining or changing
your information.
b. Use other person¡¯s User ID, Password, and/or Social security
number.
c. Transaction of User ID
d. Damages the honor of the others and the act that it insults.
e. The case which it assumes a false name of operation position
or employ of OHvancouver media
f. Transmit any advertisement and/or information to other USER who
does not want to have those ads and/or information.
g. Inflict a hazard or interrupting any OHvancouver media service
h. Menace and/or raillery other person or give an inconvenience
or pain continuously to specific USER
i. Post or send e-mail licentious, obscene, and/or lustful information
on OHvancouver media Web site or other USER
j. Give or it can give any damage and/or hindrance to OHvancouver media Web
site
k. Infringe any laws or stipulation of OHvancouver media OHvancouver media
l. Infringe statutes
Chapter 12. Offer of Information.
(1) OHvancouver media offers services as posted varieties of information on
OHvancouver media Web site.
(2) OHvancouver media able to send e-mail to USERs and to post varieties of
information on OHvancouver media Web site.
Chapter 13. Advertisement and Transaction of Advertiser.
(1) OHvancouver media¡¯s partial administration price are gained by proceeds
of advertisement. The USER agrees advertisement publication which
is exposed during service use.
(2) OHvancouver media cannot be responsible for loss and damage due to transact
between advertiser and USER or USER participates sales.
Chapter 14. Elimination of Notice, Post or Content.
(1) OHvancouver media able to eliminate any notice, post, or content that
contravene against Chapter 11 without OHvancouver media¡¯s notifying and/or
USER¡¯s agreement.
Chapter 15. Management and Responsibility of Personal Information.
(1) User¡¯s personal information can open and/or change any time.
User only able to change her/his User ID with OHvancouver media¡¯s approve
as limit as Chapter 8.
(2) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the
password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities
that occur under you password or account. You agree to immediately
notify OHvancouver media of any unauthorized use of your password or account
or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your
account at the end of each session. OHvancouver media cannot and will not
be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply
with this Chapter 15. In the event that YOU disclose YOUR password
to any other person or entity, indemnify OHvancouver media from any harm or
damages whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from YOUR disclosure
of YOUR password to any other person ore entity.
Chapter 16. Secession and Disqualification of Member.
(1) Member will be able to request secession at any time at OHvancouver media,
and OHvancouver media
will control a member secession immediately.
(2) In following case, OHvancouver media can limit and/or stand still qualification
of member.
a. User register misrepresentation during applies application.
b. Disrupt other USER to use OHvancouver media service, or use other USER¡¯s
personal information.
c. Use OHvancouver media or name of OHvancouver media to operate that is illegal and/or
forbid of OHvancouver media¡¯s stipulation.
(3) When OHvancouver media have reasons to stand still or remove member qualification,
OHvancouver media will notify those case to member and give a chance to explain
before cross his/her membership off the list.
Chapter 17. Notice against the Member.
(1) OHvancouver media can use member¡¯s e-mail address, which is submitted
at OHvancouver media, when OHvancouver media notifies member.
(2) When OHvancouver media notify unspecific multiple member, OHvancouver media can
substitute for OHvancouver media¡¯s notice board to notify more than 1 week.
Chapter 18. Purchase Application.
(1) User applies purchase following method at Internet.
a. Apply purchase following purchase guidance of each service.
b. Select the merchandise.
c. Select the billing method.
d. When you (USER) follow the purchase guidance, it regards as you
(USER) agree with OHvancouver media¡¯s stipulation.
Chapter 19. Billing Method.
(1) Credit Card.
(2) Usage of special money reserve.
(3) Other method that OHvancouver media permit.
Chapter 20. Delivery.
(1) OHvancouver media will follow the rules of delivery service what USER
choose such as delivery service, expenses, and period. OHvancouver media can
be responsible only delivery takes longer caused OHvancouver media¡¯s mistake.
Chapter 21. Special Money Reserve and Usage.
(1) Special money reserve will be apply to the USER who is buying
specific merchandise and/or need of specific OHvancouver media transaction.
The usage of the special money reserve will be as follow and OHvancouver media
will determine method of usage.
a. OHvancouver media gives special money reserve as the ratio of price or
specific merchandise.
b. OHvancouver media gives specific amount of special money reserve to USER.
c. By the policy of the OHvancouver media, the amount of special money reserve
of each merchandise can be different and point of time for using
special money reserve and usage of partial of special money reserve
can be different.
d. Special money reserve is service system of OHvancouver media. Special money
reserve has same value as cash but some merchandise can be restricted
to purchase. There is no additional special money reserve for using
special money reserve and it cannot exchange to cash.
e. Customer must use this special money reserve within 48 months.
After 48 months or secession of membership, special money reserve
will disappear automatically.
f. Transferring special money reserve is impossible. Transfer of
special money reserve is possible only the case, when OHvancouver media approves.
Chapter 22. Refund, Return or Exchange.
(1) In case of service got disturbed or USER¡¯s merchandise cannot
be delivered, OHvancouver media will notify the USER as soon as possible.
In case USER already paid for the service or merchandise, OHvancouver media
will start refund process within 48 hours of the day he/she pay
date or within 4 days of incident.
(2) Customer has 15 days to break the contact after completion of
the contact. In this case, service/merchandise must be returned
first before money refund transaction. Expect following cases:
a. User is responsible for service/merchandise damage and/or cancel.
b. User is responsible for misusage to bring down the value.
c. OHvancouver media notified before the transaction.
Chapter 23. Personal Information Protection and Usage.
(14) OHvancouver media will follow the related laws to protect USER¡¯s personal
information. The USER¡¯s personal information protection and usage
will be subject to the related laws and OHvancouver media¡¯s protection rules.
(15) OHvancouver media¡¯s personal information protection rule can be only
applied on OHvancouver media¡¯s official sites. However, outside of those web
sites, OHvancouver media personal information protection rule will not be
applied. Also, OHvancouver media cannot be responsible for any information
that exposed due to USER¡¯s error.
(16) When personal information can be used as any indication of
discrimination, OHvancouver media will get agreement with USER before the
data collection.
(17) When USER provide personal information, OHvancouver media will be responsible
and cannot use any personal information other than intent of when
that data was collected or provided to 3rd party exception of following
condition:
a. When transaction required personal information such as name,
address, phone number for delivery.
b. Required personal information due to USER¡¯s choice of service
such in Airline, Hotel, etc¡¦
c. Advance agreement with USER to use personal information.
Chapter 24. Damage Compensation.
OHvancouver media will not responsible for any lost due to service usage provide
free by members, OHvancouver media, or any area that do not have personal
information protection.
Chapter 25. Exemption Clause
(1) In case, OHvancouver media cannot provide the service due to natural disaster
(i.e. weather condition) or war, service can be stopped without
any obligation.
(2) In case, there is problem or abnormal electronic communication
and/or transaction damage, OHvancouver media cannot be responsible.
(3) If there is disagreement (trouble) between members or member
and 3rd person, OHvancouver media will not be obligated for the involvement
and/or responsible for compensation.
(4) OHvancouver media cannot be responsible for service problem due to USER¡¯s
mistake.
(5) OHvancouver media cannot be responsible for any lost due to service repair
requirement, exchange, regular check-up, or construction that cannot
be avoided.
(6) OHvancouver media cannot be responsible for any lost due to USER¡¯s computer
error and/or give wrong or incomplete personal information or address.
(7) When members¡¯ expectation of amount of tip did not meet, OHvancouver media
will not be responsible.
(8) OHvancouver media cannot be responsible for accuracy of the data (such
as information and source) that members are providing.
(9) OHvancouver media will not be responsible for any lost related to members
free service.
Chapter 26. Dispute settlement
(1) The OHvancouver media and USER will put full effort to solve any dispute
related to its¡¯ service.
(2) The dispute between the OHvancouver media and USER can be subject to related
laws.
Chapter 27. Jurisdiction and Law abiding
(1) Any law suit between OHvancouver media and USER will be submitted to OHvancouver media¡¯s
local court of justice.
(2) Nevada law will be applied for any law suit between OHvancouver media
and USER.
